​How do I place an order?​

Select the product you would like on the Shop page, select the size and quantity and click on Add to Cart.  Once you have selected all the products you would like to purchase, click on the Cart button or View cart. Check your cart has the correct products and quantities before selecting to pay through PayPal.  Select your country and region, click continue, select your shipping preference and click continue then click on Checkout with Paypal.  You will now be re-directed to the Paypal website to complete the payment.  We will send your order to the delivery address from your Paypal account.



What payment facilities do you provide?

We currently have Paypal and Stripe as payment methods, these are the most secure method of payment for you and us.  We do not store any personal information on our website about you to improve your security. 

What are your shipping Costs?

STANDARD 7 - 10 DAY DELIVERY Australia/New Zealand: $12.00

STANDARD 7 - 10 DAY DELIVERY Rest of World: $12.00

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75 - Express DHL delivery

How do I return a product & get a refund?

We accept returns unused within 14 days of receipt. Buyer to pay only return postage costs and the returned item/s must be in original condition and packaging. If you encounter any problem with your item (wrong size, wrong colour or even change your mind) please remember we are most happy to help and deal with any situation. We provide excellent and fast customer service and we aim to keep our buyers happy with their product.

Christmas Present Returns: Any order placed from 1st December will be valid for our 14 days after Christmas day return policy.

Once we recieve a returned item, we will contact you to find out if you would like a different product, voucher for equivalent value or refund.
